Ingredients
200g Butter3 eggs
3 dl powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 dl flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
To do this:
Preheat the oven to 150 °. Place baking paper in a small roasting pan about 20x35 cm.
Melt butter and stir in cocoa in to a separate bowl. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, preferably with an electric whisk. Stir in the cocoa mixture, vanilla sugar, and flour mixed with baking soda. Spread the batter into the mold. Bake in centre of oven about 45 minutes.

Cup Cake
recipe for 12 cup cakes
Ingredients but without the topping and puffier
150 g butter
3 1/2 dl granulated sugar
4 eggs
5 dl flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 dl milk
what you do:
Preheat the oven to 175 °. Place 12 muffin cups in a muffin pan. Beat butter and sugar until frothy. Add the eggs one at a time while whisking. Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla and stir into the mixture along with the milk. Stir thoroughly so that everything blends. Click the batter into the molds. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
